Ensuring meaningful citizen participation in policy making is therefore essential through adopting a people-centered advocacy approach.

The concept is primarily about mobilization, capacity building and facilitation to enable the rural community members to plan and implement the advocacy strategies themselves. 

A selected group of marginalized youth will be ambassadors in rural areas responsible for presenting people’s problems.
