Through her continuous efforts, she strives to build a more equitable and fair society for all.
Tarek Bouchnak – Our Treasurer is a highly experienced professional with an extensive background in managing organizations and associations. He possesses strong financial management skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of governance and accountability standards. Thanks to his expertise, he ensures transparent financial operations, efficient resource allocation, and the overall sustainability of the organization. His leadership and dedication make him a key pillar in supporting our mission and strengthening our institutional capacity.
Executive Office
Moncef Khabir is a Tunisian human rights activist and the Executive Director and Founder of the Association for the Defense of Human Rights (ADDH) in Tataouine.
With a background in management and accounting, he brings over 14 years of experience in human rights promotion, advocacy, and project development within civil society.
A trainer on UN human rights mechanisms, Moncef participated in the International Human Rights Defenders Forum held in Atlanta, USA, in 2024, and continues to play a leading role in advancing human rights and civic engagement in southern Tunisia.
Sirine Sghaier is a Tunisian youth worker with a background in partnership building, international cooperation, project management, and proposal development.
Passionate about climate justice, youth development, and Sustainability. she holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Studies, Minor in Business Communication. Sirine combines strong communication skills with a deep commitment to community-led change. She has contributed to several initiatives focused on environmental issues, and local youth empowerment. Most recently, she served as a Program Manager in Zanzibar, Tanzania, where she supported grassroots projects and capacity-building efforts at a local community organization. Her diverse experience across regions and causes reflects her drive to build inclusive, sustainable solutions for Africa’s communities. She continues to dedicate her work to creating positive change across communities, with a strong focus on collaboration, inclusion, and sustainability.
Nizar Blel – Our Fundraiser is a proactive and resourceful team member with extensive experience in mobilizing financial support for social initiatives. With exceptional communication and networking skills, he builds strong partnerships with donors, sponsors, and supporters to secure sustainable funding for our programs. His creativity in campaign development, transparent financial reporting, and unwavering commitment to our mission make him a key contributor to the growth and impact of our organization.
Zied Hammouda – Our Community Manager is a dynamic and highly engaging professional responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our audience across multiple platforms. With excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of digital communities, he creates meaningful content, manages interactions, and effectively promotes our initiatives. His ability to foster participation, respond to community needs, and represent our values online makes him an essential link between our organization and the public.
